⚠️ Important Guidelines:

• Your sheet must be formatted to exactly 13x19 inches.

• Designs must be ready to print—we do not edit, resize, or rearrange your artwork.

• Do NOT mirror your artwork— our software mirrors, if you mirror it will print mirrored.

• File types accepted: PNG (transparent background preferred), JPG, or PDF.

• 300 DPI resolution recommended for best print quality.

• If your file is not correctly sized, your order will be cancelled and refunded.

• Pressing Suggestions:

  • Shirts/Fabric: 400°F for 60 seconds, medium pressure.

  • Hard substrates (mugs, tumblers, ornaments, etc.): 400°F for 180–210 seconds (time may vary by press/equipment).

  • Always test first—equipment and blanks vary.
